We had a good, uneventful stay here! We had five people with us, so we did plan to utilize the sofa bed for additional room. The main couches in the living room leave much to be desired, as they are quite dirty and stained. The sofa bed that is located in the sunroom was pretty much unusable, as the mattress was so heavily used that you're basically sleeping on the bars of the bed. This couch was very clean though, so we just slept on the couch part. There is an air mattress in one of the closets that we opted to use (I'm assuming it was there from previous tenants that experienced the same issue). The actual beds in the bedrooms were comfy. We stripped the beds upon leaving and did notice that the pillows were quite stained as well, which was a bit alarming (we slept on our own pillows from home thankfully). The kitchen was well stocked and it was nice to have a fridge with an ice maker and water dispenser. The backyard was great, although we didn't utilize it personally. Overall for what we needed, it worked fine and the owners were communicative and easy to work with. The furniture could just definitely use an overhaul - whether that's a deep clean or to just be replaced altogether. We'd stay again if that was addressed first.
