Located in the City of Bradenton, in a residential neighborhood with a mix of historic and newer homes, this area is known for its family-friendly atmosphere, parks, and community events. Bradenton's Village of the Arts is within walking distance (under a mile), featuring historic cottages with restaurants, shops, studios, and galleries. You can also enjoy the convenience of a 5-minute drive (1.5 miles) to downtown Bradenton and the Riverwalk offering scenic views of the Manatee River, plus playgrounds, a splash pad, amphitheater, and local restaurants serving fresh seafood and other delightful cuisine. Manatees are often spotted in the river, and there’s a public dock and small boat launch right along the walkway.

Just 8 miles away, Anna Maria Island is known for its sugar-white sand beaches and clear Gulf waters. Beaches like Manatee, Coquina, and Bradenton Beach offer easy access, free parking, and a laid-back vibe. There are also several public boat launches nearby, and the calm waters are perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding, and spotting dolphins and manatees.

TRAVEL CRIB/PLAY YARD
We offer a travel crib/play yard (40 x 28 x 27.5 inches) with a mattress and fitted sheet for children under 36 inches in height. Please note that other bedding is not provided. Guests must request the travel crib in advance, and there is an additional $25 fee, which will be added to the rate listed at the time of booking.

🏢 Downtown Bradenton offers charming historic streets, a picturesque 'Riverwalk' with scenic views of the Manatee River, a vibrant art scene, and waterfront dining options (1.5 miles).

HOUSE RULES
* Check in after 4 pm; check out before 11 am. Sometimes we can offer early check-in and/or late check-out. Inquire if you are interested.

* Please take off your outdoor shoes at the door as it will keep the house much cleaner (and it's a Swedish custom - your hosts are Swedes). Please note that our cleaners will be able to tell if shoes have been worn inside and in these cases we will use the deposit/file a claim to cover the additional cleaning costs.

* No parties or events

* Four well-behaved and house trained pets per stay are allowed under the condition that they are included in the reservation. Pets left unattended at the bungalow must be in a crate or pet carrier. Pet waste must be picked up and discarded.

* If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property, you are obligated to reach out to us immediately and it cannot wait until after checkout or addressed in a review. Upon voicing this complaint to us, you are authorizing us to come into the property and to repair, or solve the issue.

* No smoking or vaping inside or on the porch.

* The booking is only for the number of people in the reservation and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the house. We do not allow additional people.

* Do not use our bungalow for any illegal activity.

* Please note that wi-fi is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for power outages and weather conditions.
