Gymnastics meet

We came down from TN for a gymnastics meet. This house was perfect! The girls all got to be all in the same room like a big sleepover! And the parents each got their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was very nice!! Better than the pics!! The host was amazing, each time I had a question he responded within minutes. I would definitely recommend and should I get the opportunity to get back I will definitely look to rebook!

Spring break with family

Our family of 9 enjoyed the space and luxury of this lovely home. The pool and lanai area were great and the location to the Anna Maria beaches, restaurants, shopping and sights was perfect. Jay was very responsive to our needs. The kitchen, bedrooms and baths were well stocked and the beach equipment met our needs. I would highly recommend this property.

IMG Tournament

We were a groups of coaches who were ther to coach our team at a baseball tournament at IMG Academy. Very close proximity to IMG is what made our decision easy. House was nice and heated pool was great

Great weekend!

I was born and raised in Bradenton. This house was great for the 12 of us that came home for a family reunion. We enjoyed the space and view of the golf course! Close to Publix and The Shake Pit 😊

Family Getaway

The layout of the house is awesome. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms on both sides of the house to provide privacy. Two living room areas with huge door walls out to the pool and patio area. The pool was well-maintained. Kitchen was open and allowed for ease of food preparation.

Great Location/Great Set Up/Great Communication

We booked this for a get away for my wife's 40th. We had a total of 3 families staying with 6 adults and 8 kids total ! having the rooms the way they were were great to separate and enjoy after days on the beach! Great location to get to and from any beach you want!

Nice House/Beautiful Lanai/Pool Area

Nice house. The lanai/pool space was perfect for our group to unwind and hang out! Communication with Jay (property owner) was great. Overall, this house met our needs and we enjoyed our stay.

Sisters get away

Five older siblings had the most pleasent visit. We stayed out by the beautiful pool and ordered in and just enjoyed the wonderful home. Plenty of beds and baths for all. The very minor things we needed were handled quickly by Jay and his excellent staff. You will definitely love this home.

Family house for a wedding

Second marriage. Large adult family. Very comfortable and the layout was perfectly with extra bathroom space and two living room areas. Pool area was beautiful and great for a large dinner party. Would stay here over and over!

Trip to Tampa

We loved everything about this house it was everything you see in the pictures. I enjoyed cooking for my family in the beautiful kitchen while I looked out and saw my children at the pool. My children loved the house so much they asked could we move there lol will definitely stay again my next time in Tampa.

Quiet Golf Getaway

11 of us traveled into town to golf. The property was right on a golf course with a lovely outside pool area. The kitchen and two living areas were plenty to congregate around. The bedrooms were comfortable and slept all of us with no issue. Jay was easy to reach and helpful.

Pleasant stay

Nice place, lots of room, clean and comfortable. Great for our golf stay and was particularly convenient while playing IMG. The pool was a perfect temperature. Jay our host was very responsive. I would definitely Recommend this property.

Our vacation house in Bradenton

The owner Jay was great to work with. He always addressed our questions in short order. The house was perfect for our needs. We had 6 adults and 6 children. There was plenty of room to sleep all of us comfortably. There was plenty of living space in and outside. I would highly recommend this to anyone vacationing the area.

Perfection

Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home. There were only 4 of us staying at this home, but there is plenty of room for a large family. The property is pristine! The landscaping is beautiful, the pool is outstanding the house is beautiful. This is a recently renovated home, and there are still a few finishing touches needed, but those are minor. The house is clean, the furnishings are brand new. We loved the living spaces and the bedrooms were amazing. Everything was top-notch and the mattresses were super comfortable. The linens were perfect and we had everything we needed to make our trip enjoyable. It was so nice to have plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels for the entire family. The neighborhood is peaceful and it was enjoyable sitting outside watching the golfers in the backyard. The drive to the beach was enjoyable and only took 20 minutes and there is a Starbucks on the way. Quick drive to Sarasota and Siesta Key. Nice grocery stores and restaurants in the area. We travel a lot and this property is a gem.
