A lot of good things to say about the location, the size and more but found it hard to get over how old and dirty the carpeting is. I’d consider returning next year but not without knowing the carpets are new.

Some suggestions
Hi. I was disappointed in the blinds. Both the front of the unit and the back we're missing blinds which was exposing the bedroom to the outside. And the bedroom is where you need the most privacy. There was also blinds missing in the kitchen window and the balcony door. I hope that you'll fix that before we return next year.
Also the mattress is very lumpy and should be replaced.
