This beautifully furnished, tastefully decorated 1650 sq. ft. condo is available for rent! This stunning home offers an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a large lanai and front balcony overlooking the pool. All brand-new stainless-steel kitchen appliances with all the pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, and linens. All bedrooms and the living room have flat screen tv’s mounted to the walls. The living room has 3 power reclining pieces: sofa/love seat/chair. In the master bedroom, the king size mattress is memory foam with independent recliners. The guest room has a queen size bed and there is a pull-out queen sofa bed in the den. All rooms have window darkening shades, ceiling fans and new lighting fixtures with dimmer switches. Bathrooms and kitchen have new water fixtures. There is custom accent lighting in the living room/kitchen area. “Game room” has a wine cooler and there is a refrigerator in the garage available for use if needed. Full size washer and dryer are in the unit.
