Disfruta de nuestras hermosas playas, contempla puestas de sol y amaneceres desde tus balcones o disfruta de la piscina climatizada. Somos la segunda casa de la playa 50 yardas y tus dedos estarán en la arena. Calle tranquila y limpia, pero lo suficientemente cerca como para caminar a cualquier lado.

El espacio
La casa es de 4 dormitorios, 3. 5 baños con 2 suites de dormitorio principal, cada una con baño privado completo, lavabos dobles, encimeras de granito, ducha de azulejos con puertas de vidrio y vestidor. El tercer dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales y baño compartido con el cuarto dormitorio con literas. El baño de Jack & Jill también tiene lavabos dobles, encimeras de granito, combinación de bañera / ducha, hermosos azulejos con esa sensación playera.
Nuestra unidad es espaciosa, limpia, luminosa y con un concepto abierto. La cocina cuenta con mostradores de granito, hermosos gabinetes y suministros para todas sus necesidades de cocina. Refrigerador de tamaño completo, estufa plana, microondas, cafetera K taza. El salón tiene muchos asientos, TV de pantalla plana y un sofá cama queen. El balcón que sale de la sala de estar tiene vistas a la playa y la bahía. Ascensor a todas las plantas, garaje para 2 autos, lavadora y secadora privadas en la unidad. La piscina se calienta con patio cubierto completo, mesa, sillas, parrilla de gas, TV de pantalla plana.
Suministramos ropa de cama, toallas de baño, 4 rollos de papel higiénico por baño, 10 sillas de playa, 10 toallas de playa y 4 bicicletas para adultos.
También somos dueños de la casa contigua que tiene el mismo plano de planta y también está disponible para alquilar. Duplique su espacio para la reunión familiar.

Adam was a great host. He was very accommodating and approachable should any issues arise. We reported that our garbage disposal was not working and he had a plumber there the next day with a new one. Thank you Adam! The elevator and pool were definite pluses and the unit was comfortable, clean, and well maintained.

Girls Trip

This is our fourth girl’s trip to Anna Maria Island. This house was amazing. We watched sunrise and sunset from our balcony. It was walking distance to shopping and restaurants and the beach. Thank goodness for the elevator, so we didn’t have to carry luggage up the stairs. Awesome trip!!

Absolutely wonderful!

This property is fantastic. Great location with short walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants by the bay side of AMI. Then opposite, 1 min walk to beach. Super convenient. The house is beautiful. Very clean and neat. Lots of natural light. 6 women on yearly BFF trip had plenty of room and bathrooms. Kitchen was open and provided fun times for cooking. Everything we needed was there including beach chairs and towels. The pool was refreshing and just the right size. Enjoyed watching sun rises and sun sets from 3rd flr balcony and hearing the live music from Bridge Street Tiki Bar added to the ambience. Check in and out was simple and we had such a wonderful time. Would def stay here again. Thank you Adam for sharing your wonderful space.

College friends and families 20th trip reunion

Fantastic stay in this home on AMI! Literally steps to the beach and bayside with everything you could want in a beach home. Host super helpful and responsive to any questions or requests. In fact, assisted with letting us know about the house having an exact duplicate house attached that we could rent for our large group. Kitchen/family room area large and open with a stocked kitchen. Little extras like beach towels and chairs for guest is very helpful and nice when you have people flying. Highly recommend this home. We only left footprints in the sand, but took away wonderful memories! Note: If you have anyone with physical limitations, the elevator is a very nice addition in the home that typically you only find in a hotel.

Birthday adventures

Our family rented both sides of this house for my mother's birthday. The location was perfect. We were steps from the beach..backyard pool, a grill and a nice supply of beach chairs and toys for the kids. We did a-lot of cooking and kitchen was great for prepping meals for our group...only wish the kitchen were on the main level vs. top floor. The host Adam was beyond responsive and helpful. Would def stay again!

Amazing location the private pool was phenomenal, beyond clean, and to be honest it was bigger than I thought! This place is huge the pictures don’t do it justice! Adam was Accommodating and very responsive. Steps away from the beach and night life. I will definitely be back here.

Great location!

Our family had a wonderful time and the location of the house was fantastic. Look to your right and see the sunrise and to the left is the beach and sunset! The house was very clean and was equipped with all the kitchen necessities we needed. Adam (host) is very responsive should anything come up during your stay. We would definitely book the property again.

Location, location, location

Perfect location. Steps to the beach and town. Beautiful view of the gulf and the bay from the front porch. Home was comfortably furnished and kitchen was adequately supplied. Host was very responsive. We had a small issue with the linens and host was quick to respond and correct the problem. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family gathering place

Perfect family gathering place. Plenty of room to spread out as well as come together. The balcony was great to sit out at night and chat and listen to local live music, as well as to watch the the sun rise/set/moon over the water. The location is so convenient. You can just walk to the end of the road to reach the ocean/beach...or go the other way and reach the marina. And just a few steps further, you can walk to fun restaurants/bars. The bed and bedding was so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, allowing us to cook in. And the washer and dryer came in handy. The private pool is a really neat feature, especially all lit up in the dark. Plenty of pool towels were provided. We really enjoyed the beach decor and beautiful paintings. Everything was very clean and the walls all looked to have a fresh coat of paint...including the outside...it is now blue! The elevator was very handy for luggage and groceries and for those in our group that were uncomfortable with stairs. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Anna Maria Family Trip 2023

I chose this place because of it's closeness to the beach, Bridge St. and that it had a pool which was perfect for the kids after all day excursions. Plenty of space for all 9 of us, it was clean and comfortable. The beautiful beach is across the street, and walking distance to Bridge St. with all the stores and restaurants was awesome. We will definitely come back next year thank you!

Incredible location!

Ideal location nestled steps from the beach and the bay! We enjoyed coffee in the morning and cocktails at night on the 3rd floor porch. Plus, the house is a short walk to all the action on Bridge Street!!
