Great condo for three adults and my five year-old son. Really appreciate all of the beach towels, chairs, and toys which made packing for the trip so much easier.

Not happy

Rented an upper unit , lower units were all destroyed from hurricane. Noise and construction everywhere, had to park a long way from unit because of construction equipment, Pool was broke , was vacation from hell . Left three days early because of workers on the roof above us . Owner gave us ten percent off . Not nearly enough discount, never again .

Great stay!

Very nice condo seamless stay great location but a little further than we thought to walk but overall an easy walk to the beach. Pool never crowded. Couldn’t have asked for anything better with short notice of a couple of weeks.

The owners had outstanding communication and really put effort into making sure we enjoyed our stay. Fairly convenient location because we liked Bridge St and it’s only a 1 mile walk. The beach is right across the street from the complex and there also a Trolly stop at the entrance. (Don’t count on the Trolly) The condo was very quiet, clean just a little dated with older appliances. Residents and guests were all very nice. Pool very clean and neat and sizable with plenty of chairs and tables. Couple parking spots are nice. It is a large complex so expect some time walking through the lot to get to your destination. We used Instacart for provisions. Very fast. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this unit if a friend asked and wasn’t expecting a lavish stay with amenities.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is close to the beach where we spent most of our time. We used the pool one day and it was warm and clean. The complex is quiet and people are friendly. We will be back.

Very Nice Stay

The condo was very nice and had everything that we needed. The overall property was well kept and a good location to be able to get to everywhere on the island and Bradenton. Beach access is right across the street and easy to access. Our dog passed away just before traveling, but I can recommend this condo for anyone traveling with pets.

The condo accommodated two couples very nicely! Everything from cleanliness, decorating, communication and location was excellent. It was an easy walk to the beach and we also enjoyed the nice pool.

First Stay on AMI

We loved the location of this unit. Close to both exits off the island and within 13 to 30 minutes walk (or take the trolly!) to restaurants with live music. Short walk to the lovely beach and sunsets and short drive to other beaches. The unit was all we needed with pretty well stocked kitchen. Beds could have been a bit more comfortable but the unit is very quiet for sleeping. Great water pressure in shower & lovely balcony to sit with our coffee & listen to the water fountain in the little pond. Enjoyed the tv in the bedroom & how both bedrooms had ensuites with their own enclosed areas. The pool is close by and the area felt safe. Thank you for a very enjoyable and restful stay!!

Had a wonderful time staying here. Appreciated having a recliner in the Master bedroom. The pool in the complex was wonderful. Definitely would stay here again in the future.

Good vibes

What is there to say other than the hosts doing their best to keep up informed during the hurricane. They were great. We hope to repeat our trip next year as well. The apartment is well kept, very near the beach. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Pricing is good as well. A little disappointed with the previous renters. They did not take off the sand from the beach chairs. We hope the hosts will allow us to rent again sometime next year.

Apartment in a great location. Short way to the beach. Great pool. Nice apartment, communication with the landlord very nice. The bed in the bedroom was a bit saggy. The apartment could have been a little cleaner. But these are just small things. We felt very comfortable.

Home away from Home

Very spacious, clean and everything we needed to make for a wonderful vacation. Very quiet location. Great communication with owners. Our second day the beach wagon broke and they had a new one delivered right away.

An amazing beach vacation!

We had a great time on our first visit to Anna Maria Island/Bradenton Beach! The property was clean, comfortable, and spacious for our group of four. The owners were great to work with and they made our stay so pleasant. We will definitely be back!

2nd time visiting AMI

Our trip was amazing ! The condo was great! We did have a couple of unexpected guests (2 lizards and a huge bug) but that's one of the things that happens in Florida we've learned 😉 The condo was clean and we loved the decorating. We are definitely making AMI an annual trip and we would love to stay in the same place again if it's available.

Spring Vacation

Clean and well-maintained condo. Comfortable living room, dining, kitchen and bedrooms. Quiet setting and convenient location to many restaurants and local shopping. Beach is a quick walk across the street. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider this place in the future.

Great Spring break

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was comfortable. We enjoyed the beach not far away and the pool was warm and deep. My son went twice a day. We also enjoyed a sunrise on the channel just steps away. We really like the keyless entry especially with teenagers coming and going. The guest pass was great when friends came to visit. It was clean and kitchen was well-stocked for our needs. There were a few light bulbs that were out or missing. Would definitely recommend! Thanks

Nice location!

I stayed with my family of 5, which includes 2 teenage boys, and the size was perfect. We didn’t feel like we were constantly on top of each other. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping! Would absolutely stay there again!
