The Runaway Bay community provides plenty of amenities to take advantage of during your stay such as access to a shared community pool, private beach access, tennis courts, shuffleboard court, fitness center, kayak launch, and a community fishing pier. This property includes access to a fishing pier that is shared between the other units on site. If you are interested in fishing off the pier during your visit, a saltwater fishing license would be required if you are over 16 or under 65. To obtain a Fishing License, you may go to local bait and tackle shops, some marinas, or any tax collector office (3340 East Bay Dr Holmes Beach, FL 34217).

This condominium association requires a parking permit to be always displayed on your car dashboard. One parking spot is assigned for this property, however there are multiple guest spots nearby. Only gas powered golf carts allowed per condo association!

Hop on the free trolley close to the entrance area of Runaway Bay or call, text or wave down Sandbar Shuttles for FREE shuttle rides and they'll whisk you awayto your island destination in no time.

Pet friendly property for 1 dog up to 25 lbs per condo rules. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 will be charged per pet per week. Short stays are not pro-rated. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet. Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

In compliance with the condominium association, this unit needs a 7-night minimum stay.

Wonderful AMI condo

This condo was a wonderful place for a late winter getaway. It is in a very convenient location, within walking distance of several restaurants and bars, and easy driving distance to many more. We especially enjoyed the pool and the newly-updated fitness center. Duncan Real Estate was very helpful in accommodating a late checkout/extra half-day stay due to our late evening flight.

Not happy with no laundry in condo and the ones at the complex were filthy, smelled bad. The ants on the kitchen counter were marching on counter and microwave. Also in the bathroom sink. The place needs an professional fumigation.
