Guest Policy: The base rate is for 2 guests. An additional charge of $50 per person per night applies for more than 2 guests (including adults, children, and infants). Please inquire before booking if you have more than 2 guests. Your reservation is valid only for the number of guests specified in your booking. All guests must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Pet Policy: We welcome a maximum of two pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet. Each pet has a 30 lb. maximum weight limit (per HOA rules). Please ask before bringing a pet. Keep in mind that pets are not allowed on the beach in Manatee County.

Smoking Policy: ONE SHELL COVE is a NO SMOKING property. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property. You must go beyond the parking lot or onto the beach to smoke.

Cleanliness: Guests are expected to keep the home clean and leave it in a "reasonably clean" condition upon departure.

Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that guests purchase separate trip insurance to cover their possessions and any unforeseen travel complications.

I came to visit my parents for the Christmas season and my brother came with me. He stayed with them and I had to have my own space because I'm just like that. I NEED my own quiet space. This space was PERFECT for me. I was comfortable and felt safe. I could open the window and hear the ocean all night. We had 1 day of sunshine and the sunset DID NOT disappoint.
