Lockers rooms and new kitchen, 02 air cond, sound, tv led 32 'with 56 channels, wi-fi, beach chairs and tent. In the condominium has 02 marinas (Marina Porto Bracuhy and BR Marinas) 03 restaurants and a small market. It is 25 km from the center of Angra and 80 km from Paraty. Este é o terceiro ano seguido que passamos férias ali no "ap do Sérgio" amamos o local. O apartamento é aconchegante, tem tudo que a gente precisa e esse ano ainda deu uma melhorada na cozinha. A praia é otima! Está sempre limpa e com água calma. Fazer as refeições com este visual é revigorante. É só atravessar a rua que estamls na praia.

Alugamos o apartamento do Sergio para 5 pessoas (dois casais e uma criança) por uma semana e foi ótimo! A apartamento é como nas fotos, com vista da sala para o mar. Estava limpo e organizado quando chegamos. A cozinha tem todos os utensílios necessários para cozinhar lá. Dentro do condomínio existe uma padaria que tem alguns itens de supermercado e em Bracuí existe um mercado, açougue, peixaria, farmácia etc. A praia privada do condomínio fica de frente para o apartamento. A água é bem tranquila e morna, ótimo para crianças. O condomínio é bem cuidado, nosso filho amou brincar no gramado na frente do apartamento. Uma pena foi só que choveu a maior parte dos dias... Um ponto que poderia melhorar seriam as cadeiras da sala. São de vime e já estão meio deformadas, com risco de cair para trás se você apoiar no encosto. No mais foi tudo ótimo e recomendamos!
