Over 6000sf of living space includes a chef kitchen, home theatre, 5 bedrooms + bunkbed area --including 2 Masters, 2 Family Rooms and an oversized Screen Porch and Large Deck!

Enjoy your day in and around the newly renovated Dock with plenty of shade, Water trampoline available in summer. including use of 3 kayaks and 2 SUPs safely tucked in our Gaston Main Lake cove. We also have Corn Hole, giant Jenga and Bocce Ball for outdoor games.

Evening options include the Stone Firepit, Oversized Screened Porch, Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Pool Table, Board Games/Puzzles and/or enjoying a movie or sporting event screened in your own Stadium-Seat Home Theatre!

The main floor hosts a large bedroom suite, guest bedroom, billiards room, gourmet kitchen, family room with gas fireplace (available November-March), laundry room and screened porched.

The bottom floor has a master bedroom suite, 2 guest bedrooms, kitchenette/bar (full fridge, sink, dishwasher), bunk area (open to theatre room), family / game room, theatre room and deck.

Our family of 8 adults had a wonderful stay! The house has everything you could possibly want or need in the kitchen. The two dishwashers and oversized fridge was a nice surprise. We spent our whole day on the dock playing cards, kayaking and paddle boarding. Definitely considering coming back next year.

Wonderful retreat!

We loved our family gathering at this amazing home. There was something for everyone, and the common area space was perfect for cooking, games, relaxing and catching up. Adult “kids” stayed at the dock area all day and loved having the canoe available.

Amazing experience!

My friends and I traveled here for our Fall Break from college for a simple retreat and it had everything we could have wanted. Spacious and inviting home

We enjoyed our stay for the 2nd time there for my extended family. We love the setting on the lake and rented a boat and spent a lot of the time in the water or relaxing on the property. Great house at a reasonable price

We had a small family gathering for an early Thanksgiving and this house was great. Kids and teens enjoyed the theater room, the dock and canoe and the pool and ping pong tables. The adults enjoyed the spacious kitchen and eating space, screened porch spaces and the fire pit. This house is perfect for a family gathering to make memories together. Great house and value with lots of amenities to enjoy.

Great week at Lake Gaston! The house was perfect for us! It was fully stocked…..the hosts thought of everything!! The location of the home was great! It was in a quiet alcove with quick access to main lake. Enjoying boating, fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding! The main living area was great for all twelve of us to hangout in the evenings. Family Winter getaway

The home was large, plenty of space to spread out but allow families to play, relax, and spend plenty of time together playing games, cards, pool table, ping pong, and air hockey! We even had basic staples in kitchen cabinets, so we left papergoods to help out also! It was so beautiful to fish on the dock and sit beside fire pit <3

Great stay at a great big house on the lake

We spent our annual summer family vacation at Lake Gaston this year and had a great time at Shannon and Chet's home. The house is huge, with an expansive main level that could accommodate all of our family. There are two primary bedrooms on the main levele that hsare a very large bathroom, and the remaining sleeping areas are all downstairs. Rooms are big and bright, and the furniture and beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch, lake toys, but most of all, the beautiful new covered dock, which included a tv, bar, ceiling fans and plenty of space to be in or out of the sun. OVerall, it was a great trip.

Beautiful, Spacious, and Clean

Renting this house was a great experience from start to finish. The owners were quick to respond, very helpful, and pleasant to work with. It was a quick drive off I-85 and checking in was painless. The house is beautiful and was clean upon arrival. The kitchen layout and open floor plan made it perfect for cooking large meals and feeding/entertaining our large family. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Family fun

Beautiful property with tons of amenities. Our only suggestion is bringing a shade for the dock. There’s a table, chairs & holder but we were unable to find an umbrella. Would absolutely recommend the property for friends interested in Lake Gaston.
