A short 2-min boat ride from the designated parking lot (free)/boat launch to the large private dock located in front of the cottage. Feel free to bring your own boat for access cottage and lake amenities as well.

Spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath custom built log waterfront cottage awaits you! This property provides island privacy! In true Muskoka fashion experience a 2 min boat ride (boat provided) from the designated mainland parking lot to the large private dock located in front of the cottage. Bring your own boat and launch for free to access cottage and lake amenities.

Located 10 minutes from downtown Bracebridge. This island paradise boasting 220 feet of sunset exposure with 4 bedroom+loft, and 2 bathroom log home retreat with wrap around covered porch! Enjoy the large dock surrounded by shallow water, ideal for young kids and deeper water toward the middle of the channel.

This cottage is fully stocked and comfortably furnished. All bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linens are provided for your stay. We also have basic spices, olive oil, tea and coffee provided with compliments.

Cottage is on lake water. Please bring your own drinking water. Water-cooler provided with one water jug.

All potential guests must complete a rental agreement.

Boaters bringing your own boat have access to the beautiful Muskoka Lakes via the free boat launch located at the same parking area with ample parking for trailers.

Boat Rentals are available at Matchless Adventures, Northern Lakes Marina or Muskoka Boat Rentals.

Open fires in fire pit only please & check burn restrictions for area before you arrive. Fireworks are not permitted.

Please leave the cottage as you found it, tidy and with all garbage disposed of per the check-out checklist. The initial cleaning fee pays for professional cleaners to prepare the cottage for you. A check-out clean may be arranged for an additional fee; otherwise you are expected to leave the cottage as you found it, clean and in tidy condition.
