During our stay, there were fans going in the hallways 24/7 (climate control problems?). Our room was really noisy - oddly enough coming from the hot tub in our room (even though we did not use it). We requested to change rooms, which mgmt agreed to. Helpful and friendly staff, but definitely understaffed. The breakfast area was too small for the size of the hotel.

A glorified Motel 6. We stayed here based on the strength of previous reviews, and we were disappointed everything was meh. The lobby is fine, but the rooms are hopelessly outdated. Nothing tragic, but not worth it. There are far better options for your money.

Terrible. Confused front desk staff had no idea what was going on, if the hotel was overbooked and/ or had a clean room. There was no elevator and no one to help carry a heavy suitcase up the stairs. It was very hard for me to manage by myself. The room was not what I thought I booked with a very awkward jacuzzi tub in the middle of the room. I was not feeling like It was clean with a weird smell. Decided I couldn’t stay because of the staff interactions, room and lack of elevator. They wouldn’t refund my money, even though they couldn’t accommodate a first floor room as an option. Terrible terrible service.

2 out of three wash clothes where stained. The toilet seat is in bad need of replacement. The shower curtain was moldy. Check out is at 11, the housekeepers knocked at 9

Quite place close to everything.

Great room with a jetted tub, perfect for a relaxing night. The location was perfect for peace and quiet but we were only 3 miles down a 4 lane road to downtown and all the nightlife.

This is the cleanest propert I have stayed at for a very long time…and they allow pets (which is why we stayed there). Absolutely no smell in the room, bathroom was spotless, linens looked and felt great (towels and sheets) this is also a rare instance where the pillows were actually bed pillows and not that weird small throw pillow size that everyone is doing now. Mattress firm, not saggy, and comfortable. Fridge in room was very cold and quiet. Great blackout curtains that let in the middle without having to rig something up. Grounds were very well groomed, lots of grass, and spotless although pets are allowed. Plastic bags for poop collection provided if needed. Continental breakfast had hard boiled eggs, which was handy, but OJ was an orange drink of some kind, not juice fyi. Would definitely stay again!
