About this property
Bozeman - Gateway Chalet - Oh the Views!
Enjoy this newly built out apartment on the Southwest side of Bozeman.
There is fresh Scandinavian feel to this property the brings comfort and calm.
The views from the deck are magical, especially around sunset, enjoy your favorite beverage and ponder the mysteries of life and the universe.
40 Minutes to the Big Sky parking lot, 20 minutes to downtown Bozeman, makes this a centrally located property for all of your adventures.
This property I personally remodeled myself so I do take much pride in it. It was a blank canvas so I was able to create the design I wanted.
The property is well stocked with anything you could need. If you think I should add something please feel free to make a suggestion.
With this being a new construction the property is clean and fresh, ready to enjoy.
Oh the views! Take a step out on to the patio to enjoy the views of the Gallatin and Spanish Peaks mountain ranges. The sunsets are really why my business partner and I acquired the property, we stood on the deck one day and while looking at it and said "yup, this is perfect."
Are you looking to spend some time skiing at Big Sky but don't want to pay Big Sky prices? This is a great option because depending on weather conditions and traffic, you can be at the Big Sky parking lot in 30-40 minutes. Decide you want to go to Bridger Bowl for a day? 30 to 40 minutes to that parking lot.
Fly Fishing? You are about 45 minutes to put ins on the Jefferson, Madison, Yellowstone and Gallatin Rivers. Or even closer to where your guide will pick you up. Do you have a boat? Store it on the West side of the property.
Dancing, Dinning and Music? Just down the road is the Buffalo Jump, it comes with great food along with music and dancing on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights. Just 5 minutes down the road is Stacey’s a Bozeman staple, with amazing food, great music and dancing in the bar. There is also a complete music venue next door with live music on the weekends.
Family event? The house sleeps 10 people, you could rent booth, get a discount and have 16 of your favorite friends of family members stay with you.
Wedding Venue for a small group? The property is zoned mixed use so there's an option for you as well, happy to discuss a nice price on that.
With being 30 minutes to town center of Big Sky and 20 minutes to downtown Bozeman, you can enjoy the best of both worlds.
Worried about a good nights sleep? Don't worry, these are premium beds for premium sleep so you can be well rested for the day ahead.
Access is through the door on the East entrance of the garage. There are 2 parking spaced in front of the entry door and adjacent garage door.
Please do not park in front of the 2 South Facing garage doors.
You can call or text me if you have any questions or need anything.
I might be around since the garage is also my workshop, don't worry about noise though, it's mostly for storage.

It’s is just like the pictures - cozy, comfy, and clean. Love that it was so quiet and peaceful. The views of the mountains are amazing! Uhm…and the beds and pillows were dreamy! We would definitely stay there again.

Cute place inside.. but beware.
Outside of property was confusing and rundown, but inside was cute. MAJOR downside is, no window coverings on anything. Kids are sleeping right by windows. With routine afternoon storms, if your kids get nervous with storms this WILL present a challenge at night. Also, we saw no grill, as listing said was included. All seemed ok..until Tues. We checked in Sun and by Tues we had mice. All our food was put away, so it was a property issue. We informed host, yet didn't receive traps for almost 24 hrs. A pkg of traps were put outside front door and not placed for us as told. We placed. Traps didn't work, and we watched mouse jump on top of them, then retreat elsewhere. Informed host. They did nothing to mitigate the issue. It continued all week, with physically chasing it around the home into morning hours multiple days. Droppings all over floor around baseboards and middle of floor. On master pillows. In the kids room. Host was made aware, NOTHING more was done to help. FINALLY caught a mouse on Friday night before we left. Because we played exterminator all week, we requested compensation, and were met with a hard NO and radio silence. No negotiation on our request. There is food in the (unusable) garage and piles of things outside the house on the side, so it's not surprising they have rodents. So unfortunate. Cute place inside, but not worth playing pest control all week and no responsibility taken by the host for the issue. We will not stay here next time we're in MT.
