The property was perfect for our family trip! Roomy bedrooms, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, quality washer and dryer, etc. The pool was a very refreshing bonus after a day at the beach! A few suggestions would be to provide a more secure lock for the sliding glass door/pool access (we had a 2 year and had to be extra vigilant with no real child lock on the back door or fence around the pool); possibly provide beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, toys, etc.) Price matched accommodations well - not too luxurious but just what we needed for a simple family vacation.

Great property in Boynton Beach

My son and I were going to be in town for an event in Boynton Beach with another family friend and his son. This property checked all the boxes with 4 bedrooms, two baths and proximity to where we would be spending our time during the day. Each adult and teen had their own bedroom while each family had their own bath. Perfect for friends or families alike.John was a great host. The check in process was seamless and he reached out regularly to make sure the stay was going well. The house had a nice sized living room with comfortable couch and TV but our favorite part of the house was the outdoor area which has a nice gas grill, small pool, a TV and seating area. We spent a couple of our nights out there grilling and watching games!

Great place to stay!

Awesome spot with a nice private backyard and beautiful landscaping. The beds are nice and the place we well stocked with pool toys. Only considerations are there are no pans that can go in the oven so make sure you get aluminum ones if you are going to use the oven. There was no grill on the property. Again awesome place to stay for a short trip!
