Villa Anastasia is a stunning home with beautiful stone facades, located on a private estate alongside two more almost identical homes. Nestled in its own private garden with direct access to the sea (right on Tyros Beach), this home is ideal for an all-season family vacation or an escape with a group of friends. From languid alfresco dining to super cosy evenings alongside the fireplace, Villa Anastasia has you covered come rain or shine.

The stylish interior plays with a palette of grey and blue throughout the residence while fun decorative nuances add to the home’s character. It’s two levels feature an open-space living/dining area and kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The main living area leads out to the private garden where a seamless connection to the spectacular beach setting is on hand and provides plenty of room for lounging (free sunbeds provided upon request) and dining (there’s even a BBQ). Other conveniences include climate-controlled air-conditioning units throughout the home and WiFi access.

Every detail of comfort and convenience has been considered in the main living space with a plush L-shaped sofa as its centre piece, a Flat screen TV, and a modern wood-burning? fireplace. An elegant dining table for 6, served by a fully-equipped modern kitchen for dining in on days and nights when ‘wining and dining’ beneath the stars gets a little too cold for comfort.

Come siesta or night retirement, the home provides crisp-linen comfort, memory foam mattresses and pops of playful decorative pieces in the two bedrooms. One of bedrooms features a queen size bed and the other, two twin beds (your hosts will graciously provide cribs or infant beds upon request).

The bathroom features a bathtub complete with shower-head and stocked with high-end toiletries.
