The apartment is located on the edge of the southern city center directly opposite the South Cemetery. Bus and tram stops as well as various restaurants and shops (Rossmann, supermarkets, bakeries) are within walking distance.
The apartment is about 65 square meters and offers enough space for up to 4 people, is modern and equipped with everything you need for a nice stay. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
Families with children are welcome, on request there is a foldaway cot and a high chair available.

A nice place with lots of room. Kitchen was fairly well equipped, although a little small. The neighborhood was very quiet and pleasant. I think that my inability to read or speak German was a bit inhibiting in the communication process. Thankfully, parking was not a problem, as we could park on the lawn or just outside the gate. Parking in other parts of the city is more challenging. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Halle

Meine Eltern und ich haben eine Unterkunft für eine Nacht für das Händelfest in Halle gesucht und hätten uns keine bessere Unterkunft wünschen können: Ruhig gelegen mit einem schönen Vorgarten, einem weiten Blick in den Hintergarten der Gastgeber, einer liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung, die sehr durchdacht die Bedürfnisse der Gäste berücksichtigt, Bad ist sehr schön hell und modern, Küche und Wohn/Schlafräume beinhalten alles, was das Herz begehrt und die Wohnung hat sogar echte Dielen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief ebenfalls unkompliziert. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen und jedem weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in Halle!

Very nice and quiet Ferienwohnung in a quiet city

We look back at a very nice week in Halle. The house was spacious, clean and nicely situated. For 2 persons it is really big. Room, bedroom, kitchen and shower/bathroom (looked new). We had use of the garden at the front. Trees, grass, terrace - all very nice and sunny after 10.30. (You have to enter by a stairway of 6 maybe 7 steps). The family, who live at the back, are very friendly. Halle, for a city this big, is very quiet. We didn’t see any other toeriste (first week of May). Walking distance to central square (Marktplatz) is 30 minutes. Tramlines at the end of the street.

Schöne ruhige Wohnung, sehr munteres Vogelgezwitscher! Perfekte Lage für Erkundungen in Halle, da eine Bushaltestelle gegenüber liegt und zwei Straßenbahnstationen in der Nähe sind.

Sehr freundliche, unkomplizierte Aufnahme, alles da, was man braucht. Sehr empfehlenswert, auch wegen kurzer Wege in die Innenstadt. Ruhige Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig gut erreichbar. Das Auto hatte Pause.

Ideale Bleibe in der Stadt

Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt. Es gab zwei großzügige, bequeme Schlafstätten und die Einrichtung war ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Toll, dass sie auch für nur eine Nacht zur Verfügungs stand. Toll auch, dass der Eingang zur Wohnung komplett separat von außen zu erreichen ist. Mitten in der Stadt so eine ruhige Umgebung zu finden, war nicht selbstverständlich. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und können die FeWo sehr guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Stadtwohnung

Das Haus liegt in einer mässig befahrenen Strasse. Der Strassenbahnanschluss in die Innenstadt ist nur wenige Geminuten entfernt. Ach der Saaleradweg ist über eine alte Bahntrasse gefahrlos zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist klein aber völlig ausreichend für 3-4 Personen. Alles scheint noch wie neu zu sein. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Nur das Internet ist langsam oder nicht vorhanden.

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung hat unseren Erwartungen mehr als entsprochen. Sie ist sehr geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Dafür dass es eine Gründerzeizwohnung ist ist sie sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super zentral und ruhig gelegen. Kurze Wege zu Restaurants und ÖVM. Auch der Besuch der idylischen Raabeninsel in der Nähe war ein Highlight. Die jungen Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Würden jederzeit nochmal buchen. viele Grüße nochmal Rainer & Hiltrud aus Unterfranken

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Sie ist sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, der ganze Kontakt war reibungslos und zuverlässig. Ich kann diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
