Beautiful first floor completely renovated beachside condo at The Diplomat with private beach access. This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath and has everything you will need to enjoy your stay in Cocoa Beach. Safe, friendly, quiet, peaceful ocean front community that is convenient to shops and dining and a short drive to Disney, Airports and the Kennedy Space Center. Just a few steps to the beach, pool (heated in the winter) tennis courts and shuffleboard and also a BBQ area. This is an exceptional unit that has been totally redone with a soft coastal vibe. There is a 55” TV in the living room and 40” TV in the bedroom for your enjoyment. Also, full size washer and dryer, stove with air fryer, coffee makers, toaster, ceiling fans in all rooms, walk in shower, queen beds, beach chairs and all linens and towels supplied. Living room couch is a recliner (electric) on both ends. Kitchen is fully equipped. Easy walk to shopping, restaurants, parks and the Cocoa Beach Pier. Just 1 mile south of Ron Jon’s! Also, enjoy the beautiful regular rocket launches from our beach.
The condo is air-conditioned and features 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a microwave, and a refrigerator.

Host had excellent communication. Was very accomodating and helpful. Newly refurbished unit was super nice! Fully furnished. Easy lockbox access. Free parking. Diplomat has direct beach access, swimming pool, tennis/pickleball court, shuffle board, bocce ball, golf putting, and horseshoes, all with equipement you can use.

Anna was organized and took extra care to include all items we needed to start our stay. She went above and beyond what a host does. The furnishings in condo were new and smelled fresh and clean. We felt safe, environment quiet and plenty of parking.. We appreciated new beach chairs and fluffy beach towels.We will return here for are next visit to Cocoa Beach.
