Guests can enjoy ski-in/ski-out access. Access to the ESF meeting point and the Club Piou-Piou can be done on skis by taking the Cachette chairlift or on foot, 400 meters from the residence. Shops are located 200 meters away. The residence consists of 122 pleasant and comfortable apartments with balconies or terraces, spread across several buildings over 14 levels on the mountainside (elevator in most buildings). It also features a heated indoor pool (with an outdoor section), a sauna, and a hammam.
