I LIKED ALL THE AMENITIES AND THE STAFF WAS GREAT AND VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. THE ROOM WAS OLD BUT CLEAN AND HAD PLENTY OF HOT WATER. OVERALL IT WAS A GREAT DEAL FOR THE PRICE AND VERY CONVENIENT TO OCHSNER HOSPITAL WHICH WAS WHERE MY WIFE HAD SURGERY.
Staff were friendly. Property was a bit outdated but clean. IHOP and small store very close by was nice.

They had window missing on the first floor which made me concerned about my safety. It's just an all around concern. You get ...
I was allowed to check in at 2am without any problems.
Customer service is highly recommendable. Shuttle diver, a nice man. Reception, excellent. Love all of them The building is old, stairs look terrible
Great place for the price!! Only issue was there was not nearly enough coffee available in the morning.
The ac in my room was not working properly. The room smelled like smoke.
