    The house was immaculate! Everything was super clean. The furnishings were top quality. The landscaping was gorgeous. We enjoyed the calming sound of the fountain in the backyard and the warm gas fire pit. Honestly, I’m not exaggerating when I say this was one of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

    Our group had an excellent stay at this beautiful property. We utilized the common areas and the outdoor space extensively, including the grill, hot tub, and rope swing. The location is superb, as we walked to a day out on Pearl St and walked straight into a hike of the Flatirons. The house was clean and had plenty of space to host our group of 10. Thanks for helping make our trip to Boulder memorable!

    Initially the house was not properly cleaned at check in with food particles, hair in bathrooms and bed sheets and also some bugs by the plants, but host did send cleaners the next day for more thorough cleaning. Otherwise great location and spacious. Kind of chilly upstairs on first night, was not able to figure out the heating thermostats in upstair rooms (besides master bedroom) which I did not see despite checking all the walls for all other rooms as pictured by the host via message, 1 thermostat in the hall which we adjusted but didnt change the temperature significantly. Overall more clear instructions maybe beneficial for future guests for above

    House was perfect for our group!! Just as pictured and had everything you could want in kitchen if you are planning on cooking. House and outdoor space was beautiful… close enough to town for dinners out.We will definitely plan on renting again when we return to Boulder. Thanks for a great weekend!!

    Stylish but a bit too personal.

    The property was very nice and convenient to Boulder attractions/restaurants. We did think, however, that there were far too many personal items in the house (e.g., family photos, food, drawers filled with nic nacs). Our preference is that those types of items be put away so that we can feel like it's our home during the stay..

    Amazing property in every way! Everything about our stay here was top-notch. Check-in was a breeze, the house itself is incredible (I can't say enough about how beautiful and comfortable it is), and the location is great. Property managers were easy to reach and had an incredible turnaround time. The yard alone is a sanctuary for peace and tranquility. Probably the best rental property that our family has stayed at...ever! Highly recommend, 10 stars.
