Front desk staff speak excellent English and seem available 24/7, slightly disorganized but friendly.
Hotel seems to be in kind a bit of a grungy part of town but I don't know Casablanca well enough to know if just most of downtown is like that or not. Interior of the hotel itself is fine, though - very clean, modern, and well maintained.
Room itself was good - clean, good aircon, good wifi, reasonably fresh and modern looking. Had a decently sized balcony although the view it looked on wasn't much to see.
Overall definitely satisfied with the hotel.

Carpet not clean . Shower was below the expected as five star . Shower hand only available and you have to hold it on hand and another hand to maintain cleaning hair body lol . Terrible 😢 we request to fix it . They send immediately maintenance man but he maid it worst . Car par available on street and hard to park . There is no car park as I mentioned other wise they assign car park where no body can drive through unless you handle your rental car to one of hotel employees and that inconvenience for rental asset protection. However it is not five star ⭐️ at all the location is not that good . Expedia is not handling their list for promotion business well
