This rental felt like it was set up years ago and then left to slowly deteriorate and anything that was lost/stolen/broken along the way has not been replaced/fixed/updated. They skipped out on a lot of little things that would go a long way. The kitchen is not well stocked. There were exactly 6 forks plus a kids fork. No dishwasher detergent or pods so everything had to be hand washed, but there were no kitchen towels and only 1 hand/hair towel. There were 4 pot lids, but only a large and small pot.The ice maker still doesn't work and there is 1 flimsy ice tray. Two freezer shelves are missing leaving limited space. No casserole dish, 1 potholder, no foil/plastic wrap/baggies or anything to store leftovers. Only full sized plates and bowls, 7 spices, no cooking oil. No where to hang coats (no coat closet, hooks, rack). The cold air return in the main part of the house is FILTHY. The washer in the basement was full of (dirty?) sheets. There was 1 laundry pod. The lights are super bright and don't dim which made it uncomfortable to watch TV in the LR with them on. The shade on the pendant light over the sink had been broken leaving just the bright bulb. Our bed was very squeaky and uncomfortable. The top sets of stairs don't have handrails and there isn't a nightlight so getting to the 1st floor bathroom in the middle of the night was challenging. Check in is a 4pm which is dark in the winter and there were no lights on out front. I could go on but have run out of space.
