YOUR OWN WOODLAND RETREAT

Birch trees surround the lawn beside Holt, giving the cottage a sheltered, natural setting. Enjoy morning coffee outside, watch the changing light through the trees or take a quiet moment on the terrace before the day begins.

For families, the lawn offers space for children to play nearby. For couples and friends, it is a welcoming setting for a slower-paced holiday, with the freedom to explore whenever you feel like heading out.

Holt’s private hot tub seats up to six people, so your whole group can enjoy a soak together.

Return from a day of waterfalls and coastal scenery, step onto the terrace and settle into the warm water. On summer evenings, linger outside in the long daylight. During the darker months, clear skies and the right aurora conditions may bring the northern lights into view.

The large terrace also has a barbecue and comfortable outdoor seating. Prepare dinner outside, share a meal and enjoy the peaceful surroundings as the evening unfolds.

Built in the traditional Icelandic summerhouse style, Holt is well insulated and warm throughout the year.
