Staff very pleasant. Room very nice, Shower excellent, Clean and hygienic, Bar nice area, drinks not too expensive, free water in hotel room, replenished every day, My daughter had a family room, soft drinks and chocolates replenished daily.. More than adequate breakfast, wide variety of foods Continental, Hot included scrambled egg, boiled egg, bacon, sausage,, various breads muffins, as much as one wanted. We ate in the Hotel for two nights, not a great deal of choice for me, as a vegetarian, but managed, the others in my party including the children had good choice and good food. Pool quite a small area, but sunbeds and chairs around the pool, the children loved it. I honestly could find no complaint with this hotel, it is out of the town, but most people have a car, and everywhere is easy to get to. Thank you for a nice stay
Stayed here recently for two nights. I found the hotel to be conveniently located. Close to airport and if you have a car then it is easy to get to the city. The staff were friendly and polite. There is also a nice pool and well maintained garden area. However, there was a couple of items I did not like. The carpet throughout the hotel was very dirty. While they had been well vacumed by the cleaning staff the carpets in the corridors and room were quite stained and in need of deep shampoo cleaning. In terms of dining I had two meals while staying there, lunch and dinner. Lunch which I would rate as below average. Dinner on the other hand was very poor. I ordered roast chicken and was unable to eat it as the chicken had not been cooked through and was still raw in places. I returned the food but unfortunately, it was returned to me still uncooked. When I return to Bordeaux again I will certainly look at staying at an alternative hotel.
We were attracted by the car park, the proximity to the ring road and the convenience to the city tram. We were massively put off by the large numbers of children everywhere, the community- centre facilities and the eurodisco music in what might have been a pleasant outside bar area.
The hotel is very well appointed, is easily accessed and overlooks a delightful lake and offers high quality good sized rooms. Located directly adjacent to the conference centre it is ideal if attending events. Staff are helpful, the restaurant is pleasant and offers a good variety of choices all by with a nice bar.
Located a few blocks to the train station that could get you to the city center, this hotel is qualified as a 4 stars. For me it is just 3. We arrived at night and they didn't offer restaurant service, so we walked about 4 blocks to a McDonalds. Be aware that this hotel has a perimetral fence that is closed at nights, so if you go out make sure to ask for the secret code to open the door. There is not any important thing to do near this hotel, however if you are lucky enough you could get a beautiful view to the lake that is near the hotel. We stayed just one night in a triple room. Quiet simple, clean and modern room an small bathroom with basic toiletries (enough for one night stay). The quality of our sleep was good in this hotel. Breakfast was delicious: plenty of fresh fruits, juices, milk, eggs, and well variety of breads and hams. Restaurant was clean and perfectly tidy and gave me a good impression. It was our first time in France, and unfortunately our experience with French people had a bad start in this hotel. Even this is a hotel qualified as a 4 star, they does not speak or understand Spanish or English (well, that is what they said), so we had to asked to our tour guide to translate what we need.
The hotel was clean, comfortable and spacious and although on the outskirts of Bordeaux, the tram stop was just outside and the tram took us right into the heart of the city - cheap and simple to use. We were there in a hot spell and really appreciated the small swimming pool. No shops nearby but a couple of restaurants if you don't want to eat at the hotel. Good breakfast. Nice to have a free onsite car park!
Nice hotel situated outside Bordeaux and easily reachable from the ring. Vast carpark. Quiet, clean and large rooms. Coffee / Tea set and water in the room. Good food at affordable pricing. Welcoming staff. Fast check in and out facility. Brekfast trays were left in the corridor (3rd floor) all the afternoon and after 10:30 p! Not nice for a 3-star hotel.
This hotel is good located near LAC and easy public transport. Had dinner in the restaurant with a nice glass of wine. The selection of wine is great. Room are in very good condition and hotel has a pool and gym.
First class experience in a hotel with an excellent staff who were very friendly. Everyone worked hard to make our stay an enjoyable and worthwhile experience. The reception, house and dining room staff were great to deal with and I would recommend the hotel to anyone.
We stopped here as a quick stop on route to Madrid and wished we had longer. Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Rooms were nice and clean with all the facilities. Not a great deal to do in the immediate area but plenty of hotels with restaurants/ bars to have a meal. A regular tram, we timed at every 20 minutes, went straight into central Bordeaux which unfortunately we didn't have the physical time to do. Breakfast was included and of a very high standard. We are planning to definitely come back and stay for longer
