This hotel was right in the center of town, easily accessible to restaurants, shopping, and sites. The front desk staff was really friendly and the hotel has small little touches, like plently of candy and coffee in the lobby. We also ended up renting a pocket WIFI hub, which we took around everywhere - super helpful! The rooms are small, but clean, modern and comfortable. We did have a difficult time reaching the hotel by car since the streets are so small and there is only one driveable street near the hotel. It sounds like they have partnerships with local parking garages, so find out about that first if you're driving!.

The location of the hotel is fantastic; the room was both clean and a good size with a nice view out of the window. Some other reviews mentioned that rooms are small, but we didn't have this problem. Unfortunately the wifi service in the hotel is terrible, we mentioned this twice to staff and we're informed it was being fixed, but it didn't improve for the rest of our stay. Breakfast was very basic and could improve with a slightly wider selection of food. We were also disappointed to discover that the breakfast room closed at 9.30 each morning, which is a little early when on holiday!

Quite small rooms but good location and well maintained with 24 hour reception. perfectly satisfactory for our needs. The shower was very small and the lift was out of order for the whole of our stay although we had been told on arrival it was being fixed.

The hotel is small, clean, well-kept, and friendly. Rooms are small but comfortable; great bed, good shower, decent wifi. Breakfast is adequate, good bread items. Negative would be the small elevator. The hotel is very well located, only a few minutes walk to all the places you'd want to visit - sights, restaurants, shopping streets; the small restaurant a few yards away even has a happy hour for half-price drinks!

Website pictures look OK but the room was quite small even by Paris standards. Unfortunately this was compounded by an elevator that was not working and air conditioning that was out of order. Wi fi was slow and the hotel breakfast was the lowest quality we experienced in our 10 days in France. The staff was apologetic, the hotel location was excellent, right in the center of Bordeaux.

Two nights here at start of holiday in Dordogne provided suitable launchpad. Lovely city and plenty to see and do during a short stay. Hotel possibly abut tired and needing decoration; claustrophobic lift broke down as well and the bread was finished when we arrived for breakfast. Not quite delivering on all aspects.

I booked this hotel for its location and I wasn't disappointed. It's centrally located and is a five minute walk to the centre of Bordeaux. The area around the hotel is buzzing with bars and restaurants. After reading other reviews I was expecting a small, boutique type hotel but hotel this not boutique. I've stayed in a few hotels around France and they are normally "compact". This hotel brings compact to a whole different level. I think the room was built around the bed ! There was no room for two adults to move around the room at the same time. When one was getting ready the other sat on the bed to make room. But the bathroom was comical. The toilet is situated in a corner and there's just enough room and I mean just, for a person to sit and do their "business"! Sorry for that mental picture. The shower was equally "very snug" ! (Please management replace those shower curtains)..After showering you certainly didn't dry yourself in the bathroom. You retreated to the aforementioned bedroom and all the space it afforded you, (not)! If you resign yourself that this hotel is just for sleeping and washing and you want to be in the heart of the city, well this is for you. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There's free sweets, coffee and water at the very small reception. Even though you are located near a junction and beside bars and restaurants the room was surprisingly quiet. The bed was comfortable and we did have a good nights sleep the three nights we were there. I can't comment on the breakfast as we like to try different restaurants which are abundant right outside the front door. As for the little portable wifi box well I'd ask for it at reception. We paid for wifi but got no portable wifi box. Bordeaux is a beautiful city and you won't be short of things to do and see.

little jotel clean very well placed in the hart of the city. Your can reach restaurantsi historical places and shops by walk in few minutes. My longest walk was 1,5 km in pşetons streets. The room for two was a little bit small. No fridge in the room. The breakfest was correct

Basic and small, but complete, with free wifi and all you need to stay overnight. Excellent location next to tramways and city center, but still quet. What topped it all: for little money we could hire MOBILE wifi: a little box you take with you around the city - and you always stay connected.

It's a good job the location is good, because that is the redeeming feature of the hotel. Make sure you stock up on the sweets before you head up to the rooms, because you will need something to cheer you up as you squeeze into the rooms. Small is an understatement and out of the group of 7 of us with 3 rooms we had the biggest. That's not the biggest let down though, wait until you get into the bathroom. Small and tatty are the only words you can use describe. The shower barely had space to stand in as the shower mixer tap were beyond halfway over the shower tray. The grimey marks under the soap dispenser also were a bit of a put off. The staff were quite friendly, apart from the breakfast staff I think they need something to make them smile in the morning. The breakfast was OK, plain and simple. Perfectly adequate but we decided against it after the first time. Especially when you hit your head as you stand up in the breakfast room... I think 3 nights was enough of an experience, I've stayed in better hostels.
