excellent accommodation in the center of Bordeaux, friendly staff...

Great location for walking to all sites in the historical district. Perfect four day visit

Really enjoyed the location and the apartment styles hotel room. The AC was limited to 5 degrees below the outside temperature so it did get warm on our hot days. We were excited that we "got upgraded to a bigger room," however came to find out it was the handicap room. We enjoyed the space, but the shower was open in the bathroom (no tub or inclosure), which meant water splashed all over the bathroom floor. Also, the toilet was really high so my feet didn't touch the floor. We were tricked. Overall happy though.

Nice hotel in the center of the city and the hotel is good fo long stay

Nice hotel. Not bad location but would be nicer if it was closer to the water. The room was big. Staff was nice. The internet connection kept logging us off. Had few issues with the door.

There is an excellent little French restaurant just a block away. The staff recommended it and were very helpful. Apartment had an iron and laundry facilities are available on site.

The hotel is great. It is centrally located, close to shops and restaurants. It is a few blocks from the river which is nice for runners or for someone who wants to take a leisurely walk along the river. The room is spacious and clean. It has a kitchen with all the utensils for cooking, serving, and eating. There is a nearby grocery store with plenty of choices. You can buy products and cook at the hotel to avoid high cost of the restaurant. The hotel has a small gym area. I really enjoyed staying there and will definetely stay there again when I am back to Brodeaux.

Only 2 blocks away from the heart of the shopping area. Very quiet and clean.

Our room was great. We booked a room with a double bed. Our room also had a couch, dining table, small but very well-equipped kitchen, large balcony and complete bathroom. Very cool and trendy decor, in a modern building. Stupendous grocery store, Auchan, about a 5 minute walk away, make sure to buy lots of Bordeaux. Tram stop a 2 minute walk away, the tram connects the city and is cheap and safe. We enjoyed our stay very much. The city of Bordeaux is a beautiful and walkable city with great public transport and a very lively night life. Our French is not good but we had no trouble communicating with the staff who generally spoke enough English so we could muddle along together. Everyone in the hotel and in the city was very friendly.
