Avoid at all costs

Owner canceled our reservation through Vrbo day of, but said they would still allow us to stay if we paid them cash, which we didn’t have on us. When this was reported to Verbo they reported that the cancelation was due to unforeseen damages. It was a total scam. While Verbo was able to give us a voucher, and we were eventually able to find another place to stay, it took time and effort away from our vacation we had planned months in advance.AVOID BOOKING WITH THIS HOST AT ALL COST.
