If you get dropped off the main road, the hotel is not very well marked and not easy to find. It is close to the beach (less than 5 minutes walk)

Large room and friendly staff

Large clean room with a kitchen and short walk to the beach. Multiple convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff clean the room every day and delivered a nice breakfast to my balcony every morning.

Great room and location - WiFi poor

A great place to stay. The room was lovely, comfortable bed, decent enough shower and toilet facilities. Also included a fridge which was a bonus for keeping water etc warm. About a 7-min walk to the beach. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, the breakfast in the morning was cooked to order and was great. Only criticism would be the WiFi either doesn’t work or is very slow in the room (could have just been ours). When we asked about it, we were given a ‘packet WiFi’ to help improve the situation, but it didn’t work. So whenever we needed WiFi we would have to walk to the beach. Would recommend if the WiFi doesn’t bother you too much!

Great value. Brilliant service.

Though tucked away from the stores and the beachfront, it's a GREAT deal for your money. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the rooms were bigger! Sure it's more luxurious to stay beach front and probably more convenient to stay near the shops, but this hotel's distance from it all is actually its strongest suit. It's only really 5 minutes away from the beach yet it's so much more affordable. Overall a GREAT hotel. Wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Nice small family hotel.

This is a very nice, small hotel that is perfect for people that want a quiet spot near the beach but away from the booming sounds of the nightlife. It has very friendly staff and would be perfect for families. It's about a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, near Station 3.

Good, small, well priced hotel

Nice small hotel tucked away among some back streets. So quiet but initially a little difficult to find. Huge clean room, with a kitchen and spacious balcony. Helpful friendly staff. Only a few minutes walk from beach, bars and restaurants.

Pretty good.

Greenlands is a comfortable and clean place, with large room(s?)and whisper-quiet a/c. Staff are friendly and attentive. Wifi was pretty good. The gardens are well kept and appealing. The backup generator was handy, with a typhoon knocking out the mains power a couple of times. Whilst not far from the beach, it was hard to find, through a series of alleyways.

Nice hotel but

Nice, clean hotel with big rooms. Only negative side was that they gave us wrong room and made us change the room when we arrived back to the hotel after 12pm even though the hotel was not full... Otherwise nice and quiet place.

I would like to come back

We booked this hotel for 1 night, but we stayd there all our vacation. It's only 2 minutes walk to the beach. station 3 is the best for staying. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Rooms are very big, clean and convinient. I would really like to come back.

Like a home stay!

I enjoyed my stay at Greenyard Inn.It was like staying in a studio apartment with a nice view of a garden in a little village .The beach is only 2-3 walk. The staff, especially Ju, were excellent. So was the night security. Overall I enjoyed my stay in Greenyard Inn.

Boracay Vacation

It's was a short stay in Boracay. The Hotel is in the Backyard but it's very quiet. Good for relaxing. The Room was fantastic. Clean, very comfortable and the Girls in the Front desk are very friendly and they help whenever u have a question and / or a problem. The white Sand Beach is only 5 minutes walking far from the Hotel. U can booked these nice Hotel without any Doubts. You will be not disappointed. My Result- **** (4 Stars)

We stayed for 2 nights. Service was very good. Pleasant and welcoming hotel staff. Pro - * They do not provide kettle in the room but they made hot drinking water for us every time we requested, even in the middle of the night. * They guided us well about the local activities. * They arranged for return tricycle to pick us up right outside the hotel. That was very comfortable. * They also provide in room spa service and it is very reasonable when compared with the nearby spa services. We didn't use this service though! * They provide beach bed even though they are not located on the beach stretch. * Close to all amenities like money changers, spas, restaurants and beach activities agents Con - It is a bit, like 5 min walk, far from the beach stretch. The con part is that it is a bit concerning to walk through those slightly dark narrow roads in the night to reach the hotel.
