Not bad

Stayed for a night before joining up with friends elsewhere. The place is OK if you'd be out for most of the day and just need a place to sleep each night. It was advertised that there was hot water but I did not it in my room. There is a cupboard with a key to keep your valuables. The ladies at the front desk were really helpful and friendly and quickly sorted out a room upstairs for me when I requested it upon arrival. The place is situated at the back of D'mall so just be careful if you're a solo lady.
