In Jaramillo, Boquete, about 7 minutes above downtown. As you enter the property, large electric gates welcome you. The gardens and yard are well-kept with tropical plants and beyond the high quality fence a small forest and mini coffee farm are part of the property.
A stream even runs along the border. Enjoy your own fruit trees including papayas, bananas, oranges and lemons on the property too. The home has a spacious central room with very high ceilings that are decorated with hardwood bringing a mountain 'chateau' feel to the house. A fireplace tower brings warmth and light into the center of the action as do beautiful light fixtures. This great room and open kitchen is perfect for entertaining.
The open floor plan provides easy entertaining with the kitchen features extensive wood cabinetry and a dishwasher. The home has tasteful ironwork all around providing the residents with extra security.
The master suite is large with an extra office area or study. Glass blocks bring light and privacy to the bathtub and shower. The patio accessed by glass doors is well-enclosed and also very private.
The laundry room has outdoor access as well. A secure additional storage serves as a workshop.
