New Luxury Villa: 2min beach, heated pool & whirlpool, gulf & bay view, elevator

Welcome to your brand New Luxury Villa just few steps from the private beach vacation home. It will immediately delight you upon arrival. The villa is Year 2016 and has been completely Furnished new and it is located just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and it also has an awesome canal views. Villa is equipped by two air conditioning systems, elevator, garage, internet, washing machine and dryer, 4 TVs, outdoor grill, private heated pool and whirlpool. Just please keep in mind that this is a pet and smoke free house.

Your stay starts with a contactless self check-in after our professional cleaning crew is done with the cleaning. Check in time is after 5pm if not agreed otherwise.

Living room is fully equipped with television, wireless Internet access and several cable television programs on your selection for free. In spacious open kitchen, everything is here at your disposal, from dishwasher to stove with integrated oven and a Side by Side refrigerator that automatically produces ice for you. Crockery and cutlery are available to supply sufficiently to several guests, either Rattaen outdoor dining on the terrace by candlelight in your individual dining area or the cozy wicker. In the living area there are a French doors that access the terrace overlooking canal.

All bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with modern facilities. In the Villa there is one bathtub and 3 showers, two king size beds, one queen and two twins and one large walk in closet. In spacious outdoor area on several floors (tiled terrace and pool deck extra), you can find both comfortable furniture and dining furniture overlooking either to the canal or Gulf of Mexico.

Here can be a lazy day by the pool spend to read a book in peace, lying in the sun or simply spend a pleasant evening with friends.The pool / spa and the pool equipment are completely new and Construction 2016.

Inside the house there are available a lot of beach chairs, towels and an umbrella, so just grab there things and you are ready to go to the beach. Just 2 minutes by walk you will find a beautiful beach access and breath taking white sand private beach. Come and enjoy a day on one of the most beautiful beaches in Unites States with white sand, beautiful shells and blue water. There are many attraction you can enjoy while spending you vacation on the beach such as delicious restaurants with Gulf of Mexico and sunset views, boating, shelling, walking on the beach, wildlife viewing, jet skiing, parasailing, surfing, swimming, bird watching, paddle boating and last but not least picnic areas. Not only that you can watch a gorgeous sun set but also while you are on the beach keep your eyes open because a lot of times you can see a dolphins. If they are feeling it they might swim very close to you, this is an awesome experience that you can not miss!

If you would like to spend some time in the town there are many attractions and things to do as well such as visiting churches, cinemas, health/beauty spa, botanic garden, theme parks, water parks, zoo (perfect for families with kids), miniature golf, tennis, golf, roller blading, shopping, sight seeing, cycling or just simply enjoying on of the most popular restaurants in the area. We recommend you rent a car, it is much easier to get anywhere.

Please, let us know the exact number of guests who will be staying at the property. Otherwise the amenities will not be available for more than 6 guests. There is a fee of $150 if we need to go to the property and put there amenities for more guests.

POST HURRICANE IAN UPDATE
After hurricane Ian the house as it is a new construction has undergone only a few damages. We had to get the pool all cleaned. We had to order a new pool unit and heater. We also had to do a small work in the garage area. However, everything is now fixed and even better and newer than before! We also have the Mold Clearance Report - which states that the house is in a good condition and there is no mold inside the house. Only one item is missing and that is the elevator. It was very hard to get somebody in the area to have a look at the elevator. We are trying to get it fixed as soon as possible however the company who is working on for us unable to give us a finishing date. To be honest, it can be done in a day or in a month. Our apologies about that situation.
