Roof repairs on buildings 1, 2 & 3 are taking place with an estimated completion time of December 31, 2025. The estimated completion time is not guaranteed and subject to change as per unexpected contractor and/or weather delays. As per the HOA manager, the pool between buildings 1 & 2 will remain closed during the roof repairs but the pool between buildings 4 & 5 will remain open.

While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes, and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful and accessible right across the street from this condo complex. The sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made every day. Although ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach and Fort Myers Beach - local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area!

Due to damage from the previous hurricanes, work is still being done to restore the grounds and landscaping. Occasional daytime noise is possible. The tennis courts are currently closed, but two temporary pickleball courts are available.

The full glass sliding doors in the living area open to the screen enclosed lanai where you can enjoy a view of the Barefoot Beach community and a partial view of the Gulf and the wester skies over the water.

Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can easily walk to the beach. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED.

Beach and Tennis Club offers pickle ball, 2 heated pools, free parking, multiple restaurants close by, 2 elevators servicing each building, community coin-operated laundry facility in buildings 1, 3, and 5, and is close to the sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including Docs restaurant, wave runners, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc.

The condo complex is close distance to 3 award winning state preserve beaches including Barefoot Beach, Wiggins Pass and Lover's Key. Naples, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva Island, and all of the neighboring communities offer dining, shopping, water sports, wildlife, cultural, and sporting events for your southwest Florida vacation. This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.
