The living area is furnished with contemporary furniture and features a large flat-screen TV with cable and fast Wi-Fi connectivity. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need to make delicious meals throughout your stay. The bedroom offers a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. Off of the living room, you'll access to the balcony with views of the pool, stunning Floridian landscape, and canal. The condo also has a small but functional bathroom. This is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sun, sand, and surf of the Gulf Coast. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this condo is sure to provide you with the perfect stay.

-The pool is located on the 1st floor and is shared with the other units in the building.
-There is shared laundry on the first floor of the building. It is shared with one other unit.
- Bonita Beach Park is nearest to the home. Vanderbilt beach is only a 10 min. drive south.
-The home is centrally located and sits 1 street off of Bonita Beach Rd. This allows you to get to Naples or Fort Myers very quickly but does have a bit of road noise associated with it. If the doors are shut it won't be much of a problem.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great location near Barefoot beach

Really enjoyed our stay here. Hosts were quick to respond if we needed something or had questions, so really appreciated that! Walking distance from a few restaurants and a 3 minute drive to barefoot beach was great for us!
