2 bedrooms with king size bed and a bathroom. Great for 2 couples. Modern beachy decor with a comfortable Lanai to enjoy our morning coffee. Our host was very helpful to make sure our vacation stay was very memorable.

The condo was clean and the pools were nice. Tom, the host, stayed in contact before and during our stay. Close to the beach, grocery store and plenty of restaurants. Be careful of the concrete pillar in the parking spot, it can be tough to get into the spot if the car next to you is tight. Bedrooms are small but they're fine for a short stay. Construction was noisy from the building they're adding next door.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at this impeccably clean, beautifully decorated two-bedroom condo. Location is desirable. Being close to the beach, restaurant and grocery store. We used the fairly large gym and especially the tiki bar! The host was very welcoming and communicative. We'll definitely be back!

Check in was so simple. We followed the step by step instructions provided to us and got checked right in. The kitchen was spotless and modern. The pool area was very enjoyable. We had a great time spending time there. 10 out of 10 would stay here again! Our host was extremely attentive and made sure our needs were met!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The condo itself was well stocked with daily essentials! The condo was well decorated and felt like home away from home.The host was so kind and very easy to get ahold of! The pools were amazing and my kids, husband, and i really enjoyed it! The proximity to the beach was great! We enjoyed having the beach shuttle available! The clubhouse was a lot of fun to hang out in too! We loved the proximity to Fort Myers and Naples. Shopping was close by! Excellent property and wonderful condo! The owner's hospitality was seen and felt through the items he had available in his condo, and the way his place looked and presented. Tom was very easy to communicate with and was very accommodating! We had a very nice stay!

Bonita 85 inch tv

Location and condo are great. The owner (Tom) is extremely responsive to all inquiries. There are two pool areas one with bar/cafe ( and they take Apple Pay) the second pool was quiet great for those who love to read. The free beach shuttle elevates the parking problem and was super easy to schedule. Don’t hesitate book it!

Great stay in Bonita Springs

It was a great place to visit. Really close to the beach, mini golf, stores, and restaurants. If you plan a pool day at the big pool get there early and grab your loungers. They would always be taken and we would have to throw our stuff on a table by the bar. Tom was a great host.

Early spring adventure

The property is very nice. It has everything you need for a short stay or an extended stay. The unit itself is updated and well kept. There are a lot of things within walking distance and the beach is a short drive away or you can take the shuttle, very convenient since parking can be tough near the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas that were available for our use. We will definitely be back.

Great weather week! Located close to the Gulf and shopping.Our condo was beautifully decorated with the beach theme. If we needed anything, Tom & Lynne were just a phone call away! We would definitely consider renting this unit again!

Excellent all around!

4 adults stayed for a week. Communication with Tom was the best! Everything was as described. We didn’t have kids with us but the place was stocked with beach toys, etc. pool was outstanding n loved the tiki bar and shuttle to the beach. Low key atmosphere with lots of places to eat nearby.
