Pool Availability:
The swimming pool is open Memorial Day weekend (May 22, 2026) through November 15, 2026. It is closed outside this period with a safety cover. The pool is heated from July 4 weekend through Labor Day weekend. Outside of these times, the pool can be heated for $150/day.

As a guest, you can enjoy full access to the entire home. It includes access to the game room, spa amenities, laundry machines, backyard, smart home tech, gourmet kitchen, and more.

We have free on-site parking for up to 6 cars. For eco-conscious travelers, the home features solar panels, Tesla Powerwall backup, and Level 2 EV chargers (20–40 miles/hr).

Pet Policy: We welcome your furry friends! There is a pet fee of $125 per pet, per night.

Safety & Waivers: Amenities are available for use at your own risk (including the pool, hot tub, playset, sauna, bunk beds, and fire pits). A rental agreement and security deposit are required upon booking.

In winter, enjoy cozy fires and snow-covered views. We are located in the heart of the ski region, with Mount Snow (30 min), Okemo (40 min), and Killington (day trip) all within reach.
