Ok

Hotel was ok, air conditioning stopped working on the last night but apart from that in good condition. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful although the head waiter was quite an unpleasant character. Breakfast was good and location lovely.

Overall, a nice hotel at the lake. The room decor felt a bit dated, but it was clean and very large by European standards (we had a triple room). Fabbiana at the front desk was terrific — cheery and helpful. Parking was easy, nearby, and free in the hotel’s private, gated lot. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and my kids loved the juice machine! We’d stay here again.

Columbus Review

This hotel is within walking distance to the lake and the main street in Bolsena. Excellent location. The air conditioning was turned off in the middle of the night and it was very hot and stuffy. Also, perhaps at check in the Staff can explain breakfast timing, WiFi passwords and expectation of passports, we should not have had to ask. Not an inconvenience but just small details.

Great location

Comfortable and steps from the lake front. Easy walk to main town center of Bolsena. Decent WIFI and overall great place for the value. Parking is by hotel itself or behind the neighboring Hotel Royal lot.

Excellent service

Close to Lake Bolsena. It is still off season so it's quiet. I give the hotel an excellent rating because the lady at the front desk was so accommodating and helpful in all aspects.
