Location from train station ideal. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Property in need of some maintenance and modernisation (our shower had cracked tiles, the shower head had a mind of its own, carpet extremely worn, holes in walls). Only one plug socket that we could locate. Passable as only one night stay, however, if we had been staying longer, we would have asked to move rooms in the hope it would have been better.

Easy to get to from the train station. About 15-20 minutes walk to the old town. Good price and easy check in. However the room was a bit dated and run down and smelled of cigarettes. Perfect for a one night stop over, but probably wouldn't stay there for a longer period.

The AC was very weak and it was central which was uncomfortably hot! Having the control over the temperature in the room in Europe is very hit or miss! In some hotels you do have control and in many you do not. The shower can use some serious upgrade as it is very small and old. Friendly staff.

This hotel is a dump

An absolute disappointment. The hotel was dirty, carpets on stairs and in rooms, tiny uncomfortable camp beds, no Place to unpack, bathroom sink drain smelled, shower door enclosure falling off and handle cracked. Breakfast serviceable but in a dark cave like room. Not one thing comfortable or enjoyable here. ( location very close to train station is only positive I can find )

Good location for the train station and the historic city centre - it’s about a 15-20 minute walk in. Staff were friendly and very helpful, giving us good recommendations of places to eat nearby and accommodating our late check-in. We only stayed for one night and didn’t have breakfast, so can’t rate the restaurant.
