Great property in the heart of the restaurant and shopping areaNice air conditioning and a well equipped kitchen. My only caveat is that there is no elevator and it is up 3 floors.

This flat was absolutely perfect! It was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better—we were able to walk everywhere and explore Bologna with ease. The restaurant right next door was fantastic, too. I truly fell in love with Bologna and would love to stay in this flat again on my next visit. Highly recommend!

Bien situé pour visiter la ville et proche de nombreux commerces et restaurants. Concernant l'appartement lui même, quelques remarques:Pas d'eau chaude dans la cuisineLavabo d'une salle de bains bouché.Pas de local poubelles: il faut aller dans une autre rue pour déposer les sacs... Par ailleurs, nous sommes arrivés un dimanche et la jeune femme chargée du check in ne semblait pas connaître l'appartement. En particulier, elle ne nous a pas dit qu'il y avait une petite clé pour prendre l'ascenseur.Un fois rentrés, la société Canguro nous a envoyé un message pour nous accuser d'avoir fumé dans l'appartement, ce qui est mensonger! Afin d'éviter ce genre d'accusation, il faut sans doute exiger la présence d'une personne pour effectuer le checkout: nous avions laissé ,comme convenu les trousseaux de clés sur la table.

Very nice and convenient location. Lots of good restaurants and sights nearby and within walking distance . There is an elevator but you need to walk up a flight of stairs to get to it and then another flight once you get off to get to the apartment. Very difficult with luggage. No place to hang towels - need some hooks. Also needs more lighting in bedrooms.
