Great Location/Washing maintenance needed

We had a great stay here for the most part! The apartment is in a great location — central to the city, sightseeing points/landmarks, lovely cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. It was clean and well equipped with basic things (iron, fans, kitchenware etc.). However our stay could have been more comfortable if they were blinds for the bedroom window. There are no shutters, blinds or curtains to block the bright sun from beaming in which interrupted our sleep. Second issue was the washing machine flooded the kitchen floor. Both of these complaints could be easily resolved to make future stays more enjoyable!

Save your money.

The room was clean. We were here to wash laundry, but there were no clothes pins to hang clothes on the line. We did one load and the kitchen floor was flooded. Without clothes pins we had laundry hanging throughout the apartment. The next day we had clothes pins and were able to dry them on the line. And again the kitchen floor was flooded. There is a mop and bucket available. The shower head is broken and is unreliable. There may be a smoke detector in the room, but not one I’m familiar with. The one door to exit has a deadbolt that is tricky so we left it unlocked our second night. There is a one gallon trash can in the kitchen that was overflowing after the first day. There is a music academy next to the apartment. So if you want quiet, you came to the wrong place
