Every detail has been studied to combine practicality and comfort combined with modern design in a suggestive period location in the historic center of Bologna.
The kitchen is equipped with microwave oven, induction stove and capsule coffee machine.
The bathroom is completed with natural and organic products.
Inside the structure there are washing machines and dryers available for guests.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is clean, modern and actually larger than the pictures on the website make it appear. Property management on site were very helpful and professional. Definitely recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at this property during our stay in Bologna. The space was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers). We enjoyed having a kitchen and multiple bathrooms. The air conditioning worked well since it was the summer and we appreciated that. We used the laundry facilities that were located on the basement level (-1) of the building, and there were 2 washers and 2 dryers available. The communication with the host was excellent, and the property management office was located on the ground floor of the building. We felt very safe and the location in Bologna was very convenient too. We would stay at this property again during a future visit to the area.
