Only 2 minutes to the heart of downtown Eagle! This completely remodeled home has upscale finishes and fun, modern decor throughout! Each of the two bedrooms have a queen-size bed, 65” smart tv, and ceiling fans for your ultimate comfort! The luxurious bathroom features a stunning, tiled walk-in shower. The living room has a 65” smart tv to watch your favorite shows, and a desk if you need to get some work done. Vaulted ceilings accentuate the gorgeous tiled fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen too!

Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and a 65” smart tv for you to log in to your personal favorite streaming account (Hulu, Netflix, Prime, etc). Both closets have hangers, and the primary closet also has a dresser. A deluxe, double-height queen air mattress is also provided.

The living room features an electric fireplace that provides beauty and heat at the touch of a button. Change the color of the flames and backlight to suit your mood! There is also a 65” smart tv in the living room for you to sign in to your favorite streaming apps. If you need to get some work done, set up with your laptop and notebook at the desk.

Prepare snacks or meals in the fully-stocked kitchen that opens to the dining area; enjoy the company of your guests in this open-concept space. The kitchen features quartz counters and beautiful gold hardware. A Keurig coffee maker and pods are provided, as well as tea and basic seasonings and baking ingredients. Enjoy the filtered RO system water for drinking as well!

Hang out on the back deck with a snack or glass of wine and enjoy the serenity and privacy.

A washer and dryer plus laundry pods are available for your use, as well as an iron and mini ironing board.

Superb central location only a 2 minute drive to downtown Eagle, Heritage Park (Saturday Farmer’s Markets!), the famous Old State Saloon, and other shops and restaurants. Approximately 15 minute drive to Meridian, and 20 minute drive to Boise, and 45 minutes to the Bogus Basin ski resort.

While this home is a duplex, you’d never know it as the other half’s entrance is on another street, and the adjoining wall is the garage wall. Privacy abounds in the front, side and back yards, with peaceful trees and greenery surrounding.
