This is a well kept property in a beautiful location on the Boise River with great access to food, shopping, and outdoor activities.
I checked in at 12:30am which seemed like it took forever because of computer problems. I woke up for the day thanks to road noise from Eagle Road at 6:00am. Eagle Road is the busiest street in Idaho and my hotel room looked right out at it. I didn't know this until I woke up to cars accelerating and revving their engines. My toilet was clogged. The bed was old and lumpy. You have to pay for breakfast. All that for $184.00 for one night after tax.
I really expected a better experience from a Hilton. I put my mother up here and the first night her heat didn't work and outside her window were all the fans that went off and on all night. We switched her room to one of the only two left. Her last day there we tried the buffet and it was not worth the $10 per person. I would not use this hotel for another visitor.
Beautiful hotel , balcony's look over the river and a paved walking trail . A bit close to the freeway on one side . Our room was not ready till an hour after check in but they comped us breakfast for two for 2 days. A tiny convenience store in an alcove off the lobby and a wine bar in dining area for evening . Beautiful and clean inside and out.
Stayed there because it was close to my kids' sporting event. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was very welcoming.
Very nice would and will stay again clean rooms quite friendly
every thing was grassy. lots to do lots of places close to eat at staff was great
very Nice Room The Pool Was Great Hotel Was Right In The Middle Of Town Didn't Have To Go FaR To Find Some Thing To Do
we had a great time the pool was great, went for a walk by the river .the whole stay was great.
terrific breakfast, very clean, wonderful staff! I would not stay anywhere else.
It was a great experience [...]
I would have enjoyed using the pool and exercise room but we were there only for the weekend. I also was somewhat curious about the river but not broken hearted I didn't get to it. There is a jogging/walking path off the balcony but no chairs on the balcony to relax. I guess the photo of the hotel makes it look like there is a nice view of the river, but it is really obscured by trees. The beds are very comfortable but not worth the price I paid. We moved to another hotel for the last night.
EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOTEL WAS VERY NICE-THE ROOMS VERY CLEAN, STAFF VERY FRIENDLY BUT MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR A NON-SMOKING ROOM AND NOT NEAR THE SMOKING ROOMS BECAUSE THE HALLWAY STILL SMELLS OF SMOKE.
we went to attend a wedding breakfast was not included
new, clean, sharp decor. Only issue was thought they should offer a free breakfast. The room had very comfortable bedding -- adjustable bed firmness, soft bedding, etc.
The hotel staff were great and helped us out of a jam that we encountered. We had to leave early due to flights and they along with the great [...]Thanks for the help and the great hospitality. Steve Davies
Our suite overlooked the river and we enjoyed time out on the balcony taking in the beutiful landscape! The room was large and beautifully appointed. We'll be back!
