I reserved our room 3 weeks in advance. When I got there I was told it was the "last" double queen room that was left. Uh, NO, it was reserved, it wasn't just what was left. The stated check in time was 3pm. We arrived at 3:40 pm and was told our room wasn't quite ready, it was still being cleaned. We had to wait in the lounge for over an hour and were told twice that it would be a few more minutes, when actually it was much longer than that. Having to wait on our room, by no fault of our own, put us way behind our schedule for the venue we were supposed to attend. It created a chaotic, unpleasant atmosphere.

The room was spacious, good place to relax, and real glass dishes. The bed really needed to be replaced. It was very lumpy. Also, someone tried opening my door about 4 in the moring. Thank God, it was well locked.

Pros: The kitchen for food prep, bed was pretty comfy, nice grassy areas and sidewalks to walk the dogs. The room seemed to have been updated. Cons: Hair everywhere. Dog hair. Human hair. It looked like someone got a haircut and didn't clean up. We ended up using damp paper towels to wipe the floors, which got soapy, which made us think the floors were not vacuumed but just had a wet mop run across them, leaving all the hair behind. The AC unit was loud, but that masked all the other hotel noises.

Extended stay apartment living more than a hotel

It was great. So much space, and it really was home away from home. The amenities were just right. The staff was great. The only complaint I would really make were that the beds sink and make a lot of noise. I’m kiddos move a lot when asleep and I can hear the squeak. If you have lower back issues like me, the bed is not the best as you just sink. Other than that it was great!
