Fiirst and foremost, the staff is amazing!! They were kind, generous and always heplful. It was like visiting family. The hotel location was amazing for us with it's access to the subway(which is VERY clean) and the many restuarants and pubs in the neighborhood. Parking is available whithin the property but we had no problem finding space on the street. This was a family vacation and the 2 bedroom apt. gave us the ability to enjoy our breakfast and light (late-night) snacks. There is Albert food mart just up the block. Housekeeping does a wonderful job and we were NEVER disturbed by them (unlike some 5 star hotels we have stayed -in). Future trips to Prague will include staying at Casa Italia.
