A beautiful property that feels somewhat historic. The breakfast was great…kids loved the ice cream and pancakes ;) It was certainly busy so if you’re looking for complete quiet, this isn’t your place. It by no means was loud but there was always a few people around.

Staff attitudes
One of the front desk staff members (a young, thin female with strong eye makeup) was not friendly and was rude to my wife. As non-native English speakers, we felt she was annoyed with us and pretended not to understand our accent. We asked this staff member for a room on the same floor as my daughters, which we had previously requested. She did not apologize and simply said, “It’s fully booked.” She even gave my daughters the wrong key, causing them to enter a stranger’s room. However, when we asked another staff member, they managed to find a room on the same floor as my daughters’. This indicates that the young staff member did not even attempt to fulfill our request. Apart from this incident, the other staff members were nice and helpful.

Great experience, friendly staff, at the reception, in the restaurant and the service staff. If I really have to mention faults: in a room for two, with two towels, there is not enough space to hang two towels to dry. And the wardrobe is really dark. Hard to distinguish between darker colored clothes. Yes, those were the worst things I can think of 😀 Definitely recommend Grandior. 15 to 20 minutes walk to the main train station, 5 minutes from the Florence bus terminal, tram stop literally in front of the entrance. Very happy I chose this hotel!

This was a beautiful hotel near all attractions in Prague. We enjoyed our stay I this area and hotel. My only concern was the tub was a little dangerous to get in and out of.

A bit expensive but it was worth it. Great condition, great location, it offers several services. Laundry price a rip off, they can offer reasonable price. Anything else was great, most employees were very polite. The location is worth it and the size of the room was great!

This hotel is perfect location, we could walk to all the main areas but also had trams directly outside and only a few minutes walk to the train station if you wanted to explore further away. It was my partners birthday and the hotel left a birthday card and chocolates in our room which was a really lovely touch. The hotel itself was spotless, the rooms was a little dated but super clean and having a hairdryer, iron and ironing board in the room was a bonus as we were travelling with Just hand luggage. There was also a fully stocked minibar with drinks and snacks at reasonable prices. The hotel lobby bar did amazing cocktails and really fairly priced especially in happy hour!! We would definitely return.
