This is a small facility, so one expects a more tailored service, otherwise what's the point of choosing a boutique-stye hotel? After not having WiFi service the entire week I stayed, it was highly disappointing when, after requesting a late check-out, just two hours, leaving plenty of time for the staff to clean the room, I was pushed back to negotiations, one hour was offered, then 1.5. Simple apologies, without any kind of a generous gesture to make things even for the lack of WiFi for six days in a row, is truly unacceptable in 2026. I will say that the staff is formed by a group of nice, kind, girls, so I appreciated that, but the stress and lack of care due to the issue, and the response to my request, after dealing with the problem, left a terrible taste. Lastly, I'd say that, while I appreciated the design and cleanliness, the room I was given, on the first floor next to the street, got so hot early in the AM, that it was hard to rest: a catch 22 since if one opens the windows, the loud sound of cars and light makes it also hard to sleep. A proper ventilation system is needed in those rooms. Oh, and the blackout didn't come all the way down since the cord was broken, so the light hit hard pretty early. It's too bad because I was so looking forward to staying in this hotel. Location and light is great, so there is that.
