Sobre meu final de semana na chácara? Estou até agora em êxtase, lugar perfeito realmente o anuncio cumpre o que está descrito, limpeza do imóvel impecável todos os utensilio de cozinha disponivel fora os diversos meios de culinaria que a cozinha oferece, forno de pizza, churrasqueira e forninho eletrico. piscinas aquecidas, grama em ótimo estado, paisagem bem cuidada realmente esta chácara está com a manutenção em dia! já estou reservado para daqui 2 meses novamente minha familia amou, simplesmente demais! Agradeço ao Marcio e a Tânia pela atenção e a dedicação. Nos vemos em breve!

Tudo perfeito, lugar maravilhoso, bem cuidado, limpo, vários entretedimentos, piscina aquecida mesmo !!!!! Foi umas das melhores experiências que já tive com aluguel para a temporada, com certeza dentro do TOP3 das melhores experiencias que tive. A organização é muito boa e o Marcio é uma pessoa transparente e honesta. As caseiras são maravilhosas e cuidam do lugar com primor. O sitio é muito bem cuidado e com uma higiene ótima! A cozinha é completamente equipada e de fácil uso. Todos equipamentos na casa funcionam perfeitamente. O wi-fi é bom e a Sky é ótima. O que para um sitio é ótimo já que as vezes as mães querem aproveitar uma noite de novela ;-). Diria que tudo foi 99% perfeito. Como todo lugar algumas melhorias a serem feitas mas em parte "perfumaria": um caminho mais ilumidado para as casas (principalmente para pessoas mais idosas e crianças) mas nada crítico. E a churrasqueira (que tem um tamanho perfeito - Grandeeee) precisa de um pouco mais de vazão para a fumaça por ficar em um ambiente fechado. Mas nada que estrague a experiencia. Ps: Recomendo a contratação da Nailde e sua filha Keli em qualquer cisrcunstancia, elas são maravilhosas, e vale a adição de contratar elas para cozinhar, super caprichosas e cozinheiras de mão cheia!!! Marcio parabens por tudo e espero ve-lo em breve em uma próxima locação!!!

Passamos o feriado do carnaval na chácara. Lugar sensacional, infraestrutura maravilhosa, a profissional Kelly e sua mãe super atenciosa e prestativa. Lugar realmente espetacular

A chácara é muito aconchegante, passamos 05 dias maravilhosos. Com uma vista bela que faz "jus" ao nome Chácara Bela Vista. O salão de jogos bem agradável, com bastante espaço, onde podíamos ficar todos juntos. Estávamos em 14 pessoas , 09 adultos, 02 adolescentes e 03 crianças e ficamos muito bem instalados. A piscina, além do salão de jogos foram os locais mais explorados......rsrsrs...piscina maravilhosa aquecida, entramos todos os dias de manhã, a tarde e as vezes a noite..... Tinha iluminação o que nos permitia usufruir ainda mais. Sem contar com a gentileza do Márcio -proprietário, que nos deu toda atenção e com o serviço da Kelly e sua mãe que adoramos! Bom, já estamos nos programando para voltar em breve!!! Parabéns Márcio pela infraestrutura e por todos detalhes que fizeram a diferença! Obrigada por ter nos dado esta oportunidade de ter passado o final de ano nesta chácara espetacular!!! Abraços Tânia e família
