Otel genel olarak iyiydi. Check-in sırasında eşyalarımızı resepsiyonda bırakmamıza izin verildi. Ancak otele erken giriş için mesaj atmıştık fakat dönüş yapılmadı ya da dikkate alınmadı ama sorun değil zaten giriş saati 14:00. Resepsiyondaki çalışan arkadaş gayet nazik ve güleryüzlüydü. Ama asla atlamak istemediğim bir konu var, Jakuzinin içinde bulunan filtre değiştirilmemiş ya da temizlenmemişti, tamamen saç ve kıl doluydu bu yüzden kullanamadık. Bundan dolayı temizliğe çok iyi diyemeyeceğim. Resepsiyona bunu bildirdim ve resepsiyon görevlisi housekeeping çalışanları çalışmıyor olmasına rağmen kendisi temizleyeceğini söyledi ve yaptı. Bu inanılmaz güzel bir hizmetti bunun için çok şok teşekkür ediyorum kendisine.

İdalar genis ve guzeldi. Tv ünitesi sikintili tv kanallari cekmiyordu. Tek kullanimlik terlik olmamasi garip geldi. Resepsiyona sordugumda bayram oncesinde tukendigi siparişlerin henuz ulasmadigi bilgisi verildi ki bu cok profosyonelce gelmiyor. Satin alma sureci ve stok kontrolünu daha saglikli planlamalari gerekir. Calisanlar oldukca cana yakin yardımcı olmak icin ellerinden geleni yapiyorlar. Yolum duserse yine gidebilecegim bir tesis.

Otel güzel dizayn edilmiş. Binası, avlusu da çok güzel. Dekorasyonu da minimalist. Kahvaltı yeterli. Odada el sabunu yoktu. Buzdolabı yoktu. Banyosu yeniydi. Mobilyalar rahatsız edici değildi ama eskiydi. Oda çok genişti. Konumu baya merkezi ama bununla beraber park problemi de var. Otelin önündeki park alanında arabaların çekildiği, arabayı orada bırakamayacağımız söylendi. Etrafta da ücretsiz park yeri bulmak imkansız. Aklınızda olsun.

Tek kişilik tuttuğum odamda bir gece arkadaşım Yanımda kaldı ve 50₺ giriş kaydı ücreti alındı, vergi ücreti dendi bize. Fiş istediğimizde yok cevabı almak şaşırttı?! Oda zaten 2 kişilikti. Kahvaltı serpe kahvaltı ve gayet yeterli.

Симпатичный отель, но в номерах требуется ремонт.

Останавливались в этом отеле на 5 ночей. С виду симпатичный отельчик. Удобно расположен. Хороший континентальный завтрак. Хозяева приятные люди. Минусы: плохо убраны номера. В течении 6 дней ни разу не убирались. Иногда не бывает горячей воды (по утрам). В номерах нужно сделать небольшой ремонт и нанять хорошую горничную. Нет места для сушки белья.
