Instead spacios room of 215 sq m we got tiny dark chamber. The hotel was emty and there were plenty of rooms as described in the room information. The cleaness of the shower cabin terrible. Free toiletries - 5 g two pieces of soap Rainfall showerhead totally damaged, leaked to the side Shower damaged, leaked Minibar - none The picture of the room showed small fridge. There was no fridge in the room. We insisted on one and got old model barely working unit Deposit Safe was locked and not accessable. Reusable tableware - none. There ware not even cheapest plastic cups. Do not trust the pictures and descriptions.

We stayed at this hotel for a short visit, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. The hotel feels quite tired and is definitely in need of renovation — especially the bathroom fixtures, which were old and not functioning properly. Because of this, we had to change rooms during our stay, which was inconvenient. The location is both a plus and a minus. It’s very close to the main bus station, which makes it easy to get around. However, the area itself is quite crowded and not very clean, which took away from the overall experience. With some updates and better maintenance, this hotel could be much better. As it stands, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Really disappointed about the hotel and the location! Very rude staff and receptionist ! The room was very small and extremely warm ! Uncomfortable bed with no blanket! No clean towels and bedsheets! No room service such as cleaning during our stay ! The worst thing is the location and the entrance to the hotel ! Was very scary at night on the way back to hotel ! Lotssss of street dogs barking non stop and running after you while you passing the road ! Terrible stay and experience ! I’ve changed the hotel after two nights as I couldn’t continue …

The floor was dirty. The staff didn't allow us to bring watermelon inside the hotel. In the morning we asked 2 coffee (we thought that it it free), when we leave the hotel, they said us to pay for it 120 tl. It is too expensive for such kind of coffee. We had dinner for 100 -200tl in other places.

The approach to the hotel is quite narrow if you are driving and there is not much space to park the car. We just stayed for 1 night, the staff were courteous. The rooms did not have enough towels so we had to ask, the phones in the rooms weren't working. Went out for dinner and came back a bit late in the night, then we realized there weren't enough blankets. We asked for blankets at the reception but they were unavailable.

Avoid, unreliable booking

Do not trust this hotel. I made a booking, was sent a confirmation number and called them at 6pm on the check in day (as I was boarding to bodrum) to say my flight would be delayed so to be expected at 8pm.An incredibly rude man with hardly no English said he had cancelled my booking as it had been sold out. So I'm taking a plane with no battery on the phone with no accommodation to go to upon arrival in the evening. They didn't charge of course but its lack of professional manners and on top of it, being so rude takes me to leave such review.

Clean but not well organised

We were given a choice of two rooms, both small but adequate. Our room was cleaned once during our 1 week stay and only because I asked for it. Food was not good service and charged over the top for a couple of items in my opinion. Staff spoke hardly any English and didn’t understand when we asked for certain things. Room was clean and air con was good. Pool area was very quiet but the options of food were poor and not nice. I asked for a few things and was told they weren’t available and waited over an hour for a cheeseburger I think came from McDonald as it was identical to that. I felt the hotel could be run better such as breakfast included which was sold to us at the time of booking. Better wifi! Better food choices and updated sun loungers at pool. Hotel was clean but I feel could be improved a lot.
